Whitbourne Vacation Packages

Great place to stay and only a short walk to downtown. Room was very nice and had a mini fridge and microwave. I only wish I could pick the room and what view the window had when booking. My room had a window facing a brick wall. Not the best view.

We loved the room and got an upgrade which was very nice. The pool was ok. The gym is a nice addition but could use a smythe machine or something similar. But has a good set of dumbbells.

This was a wonderful place to spend a few nights. If I could suggest anything it would to be to add some type of lighting so that make-up could be applied using the mirrors. There was only back lighting which isn’t very helpful. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Of those folks who may get a little wigged out by the fact there is a cemetery next door, that should be something that is in the description or photos. It didn’t bother us, but some folks may find it a bit unnerving.

My disappointment was the lack of accessibility. No accessible doors, and if you would like to eat at the Bistro you have to go up several stairs. If you are in a wheelchair, this is a property to avoid. Beautiful place, great staff that will do all they can for you but the property needs to be updated with simple accessible door openers, widen doors, add ramp and generally start thinking about people with disabilities. (Wheelchair, Blind, Deaf, etc)

The staff are not there all the time, but they met us to let is in. There are lots of items available, for an extra charge. Parking is included, and that is a plus. It is a beautiful home, but very expensive compared to other options. Walkable, if you are in good shape, to downtown. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

Cute, clean and basic! Everything is dated but clean and comfy. If you're looking for an affordable place to sleep then this is it! Only downfall is there are no TVs. Not a huge deal breaker since who wants to sit in front of a TV when the most beautiful place in our country is at your doorstep.
