The check in process was confusing, online it gives you a different process, and the door into the building has a code that was not given to us beforehand. We were lucky someone staying there was able to let us in. The amenities were great, love the pool and gym, however the pool table had nothing to actually play with it. The cleanliness was my biggest complaint. It looked clean my a glance but was not if you look any deeper, we wouldn’t even sit on the couch without a blanket on it before hand.

The room was Spacious and clean, and the front desk staff were super nice

The location was amazing. The staff was lovely and helpful. However, we did not receive any housekeeping. The hotel and the room were very clean, though. Overall, we liked our 3-night stay.

They charge a lot of extra fees high valet charge. Might as well add on 200 to your night. Stay with all the fees.

The king suite we stayed in was beautiful and roomy

Highly recommend this hotel for access to downtown, the stadium & the Pinnicle Center. Staff were amazing.
