I prepaid for a non smoking double queen room over a month in advance. I was given a smoking room w only one bed because “that’s all they had left”. My teenage son was not amused having to share a bed w mom. The smoke smell was terrible. One bonus - the coffee was delicious at breakfast.

Room was dated. Bathroom was literally falling apart. There was no small complimentary shampoo only conditioner & lotion. I was there for two nights. Room was not made up on my 2nd days stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE
I booked this room for a family trip with my husband and kids for a trip to Sleepy Hollow. I wish a regund was possible, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Staff was rude, room was dirty and the property was not safe. There were people doing drugs aroind the building, there was a fight in the parking lot where the cops were ultimately called, people were screaming all night in front of their rooms. None of us were able to sleep and if we could've booked another hotel we would of. But everything was sold out due to the events inthe area.
