LIV Hotel Bronx - Newly Built
The “newly built” hotel is dirty inside and out. People are smoking marijuana in the hallways and staff don’t care. The rooms are bare bones and dirty as well. Don’t planning on sleeping since the noise inside the hotel is constant.

Renaissance New York Harlem Hotel
Neighborhood, parking, staff attitudes, and room conditions were below expectations, unfortunately. They changed us mandatory US$25 for spending at the hotel restaurant, which remained packed busy every time we tried. We couldn’t use the money, still have the damn coupon.

The shower did not work and we asked to getbit fixed over 4 times and still nothing. They offered to give a refund but it would have been more convenient to put us in another room.
