Hotel looks like it is having some work going on, so there were parking spots taken by construction trucks. Room provided what I needed, nothing special. Front desk person at check in Tuesday night was super sweet. One of the treadmills in gym wasn’t working and it looks like the machines haven’t been wiped down, bottles rings/drips on platform where you would leave your phone or keys. Nice morning breakfast selection and love how they have to go bags in the morning.

It was an older, tired hotel with dated rooms that need to be updated. The lobby was nice, the included breakfast was fine, but the overall condition of the hotel was poor.

This hotel is very outdated and unkept. Room was not comfortable, carpet was dirty, marks on the wall, window did not fully close, bathroom was awful, the fire alarm went off at 6:00 am until we checked out at 7:30 am - was set off by the steam from the shower (no vent/exhaust fan) per the front office, parking lot and side entrance was dirty, pool was unsightly, dryer door had to be held closed by a chair (front office said they have been waiting on a part to repair it, so that was their recommendation to use a chair), the tv had no cable — but the channels we could get appeared to be from an antenna w/rabbit ears like we used in the early ‘80’s and it appeared on screen as such… It was just an unpleasant stay overall. I always read the guest reviews before booking, and for this hotel, it did not reflect those apparent great reviews. I am surprised Hilton still has their name on this property. It is that bad.

The bathroom was not clean, especially the tub, it had a ring around it. The overhead light in bathroom didn't work. The lamp shades had stains on it as well as nasty stains on carpet. The chairs look dirty to sit on. The entire experience from the beginning was not good. Unable to reach anyone for service. They would pick up & immediately put you on hold for long period of time. I reached out to manager several times before check in. I was waiting for a credit card approval application status & was sent to his voicemail with no return call to this day. The front staff girls are overwhelmed and need more help. There computer kept going down (as well as my tv in my room) leaving one person servicing several guess. I would not stay here again & would not recommend.
