The property was old, outdated and a horrible musty smell. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Everything was antiquated, needs to be renovated head to toe. For the price, it was not worth it and overpriced for the amenities. Upon check in we almost turned around and walked out!

It took calling the booking website customer service to get in contact with the host. I end up getting a different property that the one I reserved but the new on was more bedrooms, at the end I work out but it took some long coy with the host.

Though the privous occupants refused to vacate the property in time but the landlord was suupportive went out of their way and provided a refund option and an alternative...we took the alternative which happen to be better than the originally booked property ... Will use this management and property owner in our upcoming short terms rentals.....

Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.

Loved it! Staff very friendly and helpful, epic breakfast and fun bar scene downstairs. I feel it’s overpriced or I would have gone with 5 stars.

Great hotel- exceptionally clean and staff was present and available for everything we need. We booked the 1st floor suite with a separate living room/kitchen area which was a great option for us since we were visiting family for a few days- gave us space to relax. The room had high end details and design which we loved. This hotel has an unexpected “nightlife”, the restaurant/bar is busy and full over the weekend- great if you want to unwind in a party atmosphere but the DJ was loud so not appropriate for dinner. Despite this, we heard nothing in our room and ate elsewhere so didn’t bother us. The hotel is pricey but worth every penny- We have family in the area so will absolutely be booking again.

Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.
