First time in a Sandman Hotel. Very comfortable and clean and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

The property itself was beautiful and the manager was super helpful in getting us a playpen and our room. The front desk lady that I was originally dealing with was very pushy and wasn’t understanding my situation until she spoke with the manager.

Close to airport with shuttle service that was prompt. Clean and nice rooms and a on site restaurant and bar. We left to early to get breakfast so we didn’t give that a try. Nice hotel.

Check in was quick. We were advised the breakfast room is under renovations so a breakfast would be delivered to our room. The next morning we could hear the renovations, which was quite loud even though it was in the second floor and we were on ninth floor. Not sure if I would be able to withstand the noise if we were staying another night. Breakfast was delivered, it was OK, probably not as good if you had it in the breakfast room. Room was very comfortable and a nice balcony with a nice view of one of the bridges. Bed was comfortable with nice soft sheets. Front desk staff when checking out was very helpful.

Clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. They were doing work on the parkade but they made sure I knew and sent several notifications to warn me. The one time I couldn’t find parking in the lot they found alternative parking for me.

Parking in front of your room is great
