The staff gave the key to my room to another customer!!! So at midnight, the other customer attempted to enter my room while I was asleep, This put my safety and the other customers safety in jeopardy!!!!!! I woke up to what I thought was someone breaking in to my room!!!!! Very unsatisfied!!!!!!

Staff was wonderful. The room was clean. I really like my stay.

The coffee machine in my room was missing a part, so I couldn't make coffee. I asked the front desk for help, but unfortunately there was no solution. The response I received was simply, “I don't understand coffee machines.” I also found that shampoo, soap, and other basic bathroom essentials were missing from the room, and I had to walk to the front desk to ask for them. Overall, it seemed there was a lack of attention to basic room preparation and maintenance. These are small things, but they make a big difference in a guest's experience. The hotel could definitely benefit from better attention to detail and making sure rooms are properly checked before guests arrive.

The bathroom with the rolling shower was cramped. The sink and toilet were so close together I had to set my wheelchair sideways with the sink. And you couldn’t close the bathroom door when I parked my wheelchair to use the toilet. These “amenities “ decide whether a room is comfortable or not. Also, a queen bed is plenty big enough. This room is cramped with a king bed.

Great price and comfortable stay, but the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner! All in all would go back.

Room was clean, the clerk was one I have seen before a number of times. The parking is a little crowded since the units were fairly full. Room temp was easy to control and that was good as it was hot in Carlsbad.
