Room cleaning was lacking. Found food and spilt drink in room. Ants all over the nightstand. Ice bucket never cleaned or replaced liner. Counters not wiped in bathroom or room. No fore warning of parking lot being closed. Being handicapped, the front desk clerk made no concessions and was extremely rude. Wanted us to park on street in the dark. Said my wife could drop me off and go park. Yeah, let's let my wife be put in a jeopardizing position all because they are repaving at 8am the next morning. Wouldnt let us park under awning or in front of awning. There were others that she yelled at as well. Total lack of customer service and respect. She also would not get a manager on the line. I reported it all to choice hotels, but no response from them either. Supposedly the General Manager would reach out. I will make sure all of traveling family, friends, coworkers and companies know to avoid Choice Hotels from now on.

Just okay.

The hotel was fine and close to where we needed to be. The breakfast was good and there were actually enough places to sit. But I wasn't impressed when we sat down on our couch and moved to foot stool and found a pair of underwear on the floor. Which meant they didn't move the stool to vacuum. What else did they miss? Also saw obvious pink mold in shower on soap dish. And why no bathmats in tub? Also, it seems every time we stay at a comfort inn one of the elevators doesn't work. This time, one worked, the other didn't. Next day the other worked and we got stuck in the one that worked yesterday. The door wouldn't open. Also, chlorine smell in pool room was overwhelming. A lot of little things add up to big things. They need updates and leadership on cleaning.

BED BUGS!!!!! The overall look of the hotel is nice and the staff were exceptional but our room had bed bugs. They moved us to another room. They told me they compensated our room at the cheapest rate they offer, not including our $50 for our dog deposi for that night. That is not was told to me! BEWARE!!!!!

The room seemed clean, except the juncture between the tub and the surround. A slight line of orange soap scum/ funk is visible. Needs a brush, bleach and some elbow grease. Not a good look or feel.

The breakfast was very inclusive and there was plenty to choose from. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a nice sitting area. It as great to return after a full day and be able to relax almost like at home. Everything was fresh and very clean. Staff was great and very helpful.

Nice stay except front desk clerk when checking out kept saying my credit card was declining and I had to use it though wallet. Felt like she didn’t process correctly and made me feel like it was my Credit card when it was not. Overall great stay, enjoyed the breakfast.
