This property should not be rated Very good AT ALL It is not good. The Floors were dirty, toilets not fully clean. You can see the dirt under the bowl rim. So gross. The pullout sofa beds were so hard and uncomfortable. You can feel the coils through them. The sheets for the bed were on in the room. The extra blanket was so itchy. After waking up with my back hurting I slept on the couch sectional not much better. Both so hard. I called this property 3 times about my accomodation for my handicapped relative and it wasn't done or recorded at all. They didn't put us together and the put the room so far from the elevator. It was a struggle going back and forth for them. There was ALWAYS water on the floor in the halls. The Iron burned my clothes and left black streaks on them. When we arrived the fridge wasn't cold. Breakfast was basic nothing to write home about. I didn't eat it at all the second day. Honestly I couldn't wait to leave the hotel.

The lobby smells like a super strong disinfectant. It hits you in the face when you walk in the door. The property does not seem to be well maintained. There were broken tiles on the floor in & around the elevators & the numbers for the floors inside of them kept falling off. The AC was hard to control because the wall controls didn’t work. The tv remote had to be rescanned twice because the channels didn’t work. The room itself smelled like smoke. When I needed quarters to use the dryer in the guest laundry area the front desk didn’t have any quarters & I was told to go to the gas station down the street.

Everything was awesome! Breakfast bar was great. Only thing I would change is adding an hour to the time to close at 10:00 for us sleepy heads. Also, maybe add another waffle maker so the line doesn't back up. Food was excellent though!

Everything was really good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, and plentiful. Plenty of room to accommodate those who were eating. Our room was very clean and spacious. There were plugs and hookups for all devices. All devices in the room worked well. The TV on the wall could be moved out and angled for the best viewing from either the bed or sofa. The bed was very comfortable. Overall it was one of the best stays in our history of travels
