Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean even in highly used areas. The breakfast was a huge hit with my daughter and grandson. We will definitely be staying again when we return to the area.

I chose Microtel for the low price since I was asked to plan a trip for my church group and needed it to be affordable. It is definitely a $53 hotel. Quality Inn Dry Ridge
The rug was dirty. The entrance door to the room is warped. The room needs an update. The lighting in the room is not very bright There was not any desk . The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was mostly clean, although the large easy chair was covered in dog hair!! Definitely need new TVs. Also slightly disappointed there was no meat on the good breakfast buffet other than sausage gravy...yuk!!

it was a huuuuuge let down that their pool and Jaccuzzi were both out of order. and after I had called and asked if Jaccuzi was working and they had confirmed it was. ruined my whole stay.... had to lcheck out the very next day to stay at another hotel.
