The toilet had urine drops and pubic hair on it. We complained to the front desk and all they did was that they will let management know. The bedsheet under the blanket andb1 of the 4 pillows had creases in one area like it was slept in. This is the first time i have experienced something like this. Im very disappointed.

I had to use the laundry but the dryer needs to be looked at. I think the vent going outside is clogged. It was taking forever to dry my clothes and they didn’t even dry all the way despite me doing 2 cycles.
