Room was a bit claustrophobic for 6 people and the elevator was still out of service. The whole stay was great! Great service, food, and staff!

Check to make sure elevator is working.

I booked a two queen accessible room for my elderly aunt and myself. When I arrived I was told the elevator has not worked in three weeks and no accessible rooms on the first floor. I was given a King room on the first floor. Had to leave a day earlier than booked with no refund, because my aunt could not shower.

Staff was friendly and room pretty clean;but shower had no plastic liner so water got all over floor; elevator did not work; drink machine was full do couldn't get anything to drink....it was 91 degrees; no pool; not much variety as far as hot breakfast items...only sausage and eggs.

Due to a lightening strike there was no elevator service. Luckily, we didn’t have much luggage for a one night stay. Our TV didn’t work and Karla from the front desk came immediately to fix it. Customer service was great.

The hotel was what we needed - nothing fancy, but a clean, comfortable place for 2 nights. Room was clean with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were GREAT! Smooth and cool! AC worked great, thank goodness, because it was sweltering in KY during our stay. Good selection for continental breakfast. Overall, a good stay. The ONLY two slightly negative things I could say are 1) the elevator was out due to a lightning strike and we were on the 3rd floor. Totally not the hotel's fault and they apologized profusely. They were just as frustrated as anyone while they waited on a serviceman. 2) we were late arriving and the man who checked us in wasn't very helpful. He just said "what's the name? sign here. Elevator's out. Use the stairs there." He wasn't rude but he wasn't welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great but there was a lot moisture in the room. My phone had water in it. Had to leave it in the sun for 2 hours . Noticed mold on the ceiling.

This property is okay, it is outdated and the room my family and I stayed in just felt so muggy, running the AC to the extreme colder side made it more breathable. The carpet was old and there were cracks and wall paints chipped in the bathroom. The shower curtains didn't provide much protection during the shower, it constantly leaked out and the floor was always wet no matter what we did. The beds looked comfy but once you laid on it, it felt like the bed sunk in the center which made it harder to sleep throughout the night. This hotel was sufficient for a two night stay because the staff was courteous however with lack of update we will not be returning.
