Nice motel over all.

It was a nice hotel, however, we did not get the room we requested on the Hotels.com app. We requested two beds but the only a queen bed and a pull out couch which was not the most comfortable for our grandson.

Stopped for one night to see the Ark Encounter. A worker was patching the ceiling from a water leak just inside the lobby entrance, with debris strewn about. The door to the laundry room was standing open to the lobby - overall an unsightly entry! While the room was spacious, the bathroom was tiny, complete with a small bar-sized lavatory. The ceiling in the room was water-stained from old leaks. Would not recommend this property.

Everything went smoothly during my short stay. Two things needed attention. The ice machine on the third floor did not work. The bottle of body wash in my shower had the pump broken and it couldn’t be removed from the mount or opened to access. This should be checked often when the room is prepared by staff.

I did not like anything about the property. The bed sheets were not changed. The previous user's sheets were still on the bed. I called the front desk and I had to change the sheets myself. The bathroom was not clean. The front person told me the owner would be contacting me. I have not received a call or a discount on the room.

Worth the wait.

The hotel was nice but needed some maintenance to be done before we could even stay in the room. However, maintenance was very quick to fix the problem and got us in the room quickly. We stayed there for three nights and every member of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The entire staff put their customers first. Breakfast was served and kept well stocked throughout the posted time. Food was tasty and warm.
