Stay was great, staff very accommodating, room impeccable, bed very comfortable & a very diverse breakfast. Frequently hotel breakfasts are minimal & everything is high carb. As a diabetic, controlling it by diet - no meds, I must frequently go elsewhere to eat, but not here. There were many options that I could eat. Thank you so much.

I wanted to experience the Arc Encounter so I was there for a few days. The room looks exactly like the pictures but smaller. It served its purpose but transportation is a challenge. Uber will pickup you from the airport and take you back but that’s it. I was waiting for uber for a hour and a half to go to the Arc Encounter. Fortunately the front desk provided a taxi service and I really thank GOD for Eddie and his Courier Service. He’s amazing and I recommend him if you ever need transportation.

The Microtel mini suite was very thoughtfully designed. Kitchenette, dining and sitting areas nicely appointed. I especially liked the spacious window seat. The only thing I didn’t like was the duvet on the bed. With it on, you are too warm; without it, you are too cold. Fortunately I found a blanket in the closet and was able to remove the duvet entirely. With the blanket and sheet I was comfortable. I wish hotels would go back to sheets and blankets.

Breakfast staff was the best part of it. Our room was not cleaned once. We took the do not disturb sign off. Had 5 people in our room 3 kids and 2 adults. Garbage bags were full, beds not made, towels not changed, floors not vacuumed. My son spilled some nerds on the floor and they stayed there our whole trip. They didn’t take our garbage unless we left it outside the room. Which we had to do because otherwise it would have smelled in there with diapers and garbage. We had to cha he rooms when we got there bc the whole floor was stuffy and smelled. It was not much better when they switched us but at least it didn’t smell.
