Parking is first come first serve even if you request a spot online prior. I also called ahead to see if they have spaces and was informed they did but the lot was full when we arrived. I understand it’s not the front desk staff’s fault but he was rude about the situation. I found the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

We came to celebrate my sister's birthday. Hot tub was great, rooms were clean and comfy, we stayed in two rooms with a king and an additional trundle bed but the trundle bed was broken on one side and bounced up and down when someone moved on the bed. We had an okay dinner at the restaurant, food wasn't that great but the cocktails were amazing. My sister accidentally fell in the bathroom the next day and hit her head quite badly. The front desk staff were amazing in promptly getting an ambulance to take her to the hospital.
