The food is not so great , the servers are not so attentive food was the same almost every dayyyy … Bartenders were the best specially Israel love his atmosphere… Missed my shuttle back to the airport when I clearly asked the front desk if they had showed up but no towels for pool can only be giving to you before 4 which is ridiculous pool is open until 8 … it’s not a front beach hotel I would rate a 5 out of 10

This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was here. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.
