It is a nice cadual place. Issues: 1. No response by the hotel via the Expedia chat. 2. Not sufficient parking space. 3. The blanket was dirty but waa changed promptly.

Good location, clean and modern

La ubicación fue perfecta con vistas de la playa y las camas estaban cómodas.

Muy buena localizacion, facilidades muy bien cuidadas y el personal muy atento y dirigido a ayudar al turista.

Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable

A mixed bag. Dirty pool with algae and broken lights. Front staff was super friendly when checking in. offered us free passes to a rooftop bar near by. However they ran out of pool towels and we had to ask multiple times to get new ones after they took ours from the first day and didn't replace them when cleaning the room. The location is great, near the central market. We live in Valencia and do staycations, so we have a lot of experience in this city and would choose other options.

Petit Palace Plaza de la Reina Hotel, from the moment I walk into the hotel I felt at ease and a home from home. I was warmly greeted by Eva at the main reception. Eva, made the check in process quick and simple. Plus managed to arrange a room change, when I asked if our room had a balcony/terrace. I asked if Eva could help with booking dinner reservations for our first evening and our second evening. When I gave the names of the restaurants to Eva. Eva, asked what type of experience we wanted and I said good food with a local feel. Eva proceeded to make a couple of suggestions, I asked Eva to make reservations for us. Both restaurants, were amazing. Also helped when I needed to know bus numbers to get to certain points in the city. On meeting Sandy who was on main reception the next morning, again Sandy was very welcoming helpful and knowledgeable. Every member of staff that we encountered were polite welcoming and made our stay very amazing. Again, I would like to praise Eva for her kindness and helpfulness and also Sandy who are both the credit and a great asset to the Hotel. I have travelled a lot around the world and Eva and Sandy are two of the best front of house people I have met and enjoyed speaking too. Both myself and Lorraine, are thinking of coming back to stay at the hotel. Due to the staff who amazing. Thank you for making our first visit to Valencia so great. Kim
