Abbeville Vacation Packages

Clean room and great front desk staff. We didn't get to use any of the facilities as we were in town for a concert and arrived late, but the hotel was great. Will definitely stay here again. The price was very reasonable, too.

Run down and outdated in need of renovations. Sheets were super old, not soft. Not worth the money.

Great

Our stay was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Upon arrival, we discovered that the elevators were not working, despite our accommodations being on the fourth floor. We were traveling with my in-laws, who are both over 60, and my mother-in-law suffers from a serious hip injury. Having her walk up and down four flights of stairs was not only physically painful but also presented a significant safety concern. If the elevators were out of service, this information should have been clearly disclosed before booking or, at the very least, communicated prior to our arrival. Guests deserve the opportunity to make an informed decision, particularly when traveling with elderly family members or individuals with mobility limitations. To make matters worse, my daughter discovered a cockroach in the bathroom, raising additional concerns about the property’s cleanliness and maintenance standards. Between the lack of transparency, the inconvenience and physical strain placed on my family, and the unacceptable cleanliness issues, this was an awful experience. I strongly believe management should take responsibility for these conditions and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress our family experienced. No guest should have to endure these circumstances, especially when traveling with family members who have mobility challenges.

Worst stay I’ve ever had. No outside lights at the hotel which is a big security issue. The parking lot and covered drop off at the front door were dark. The breakfast was not very good. The waffle batter dispenser’s front panel was gone and no way to dispense the batter. Fire alarm went off 1st night at 3:30 a.m. for 10 minutes. 2nd night, the people in next room were talking loudly all night and got into a shouting match, and throwing things. He must have thrown the woman out of the room…door slammed and she’s banging on the door and yelling for him to let her back in. This was at 3:30 a.m. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to check things out. Then at 4:30 a.m. the fire alarm goes off for the second night in a row. I will never stay here again. Will be calling corporate office.
