Breakfast was fabulous!! I appreciate that he even had it going early!! Rooms were clean. Front desk lady last night could have been a little more customer service focused...but we did interrupt her supper. The only thing I think that needs to be improved is have all the ice machines working....the only one that works is the second floor. Thank you for having a reasonably price place fir us to stay.

Room was not properly cleaned. I requested an assessable room on the first floor. I was given a nonassessable room on the fourth floor.

The pictures provided are false. The furniture is all beat up inside the rooms. We booked a King Suite, but were given a small room with two Double beds. We refused to stay and the manager would not refund our money. We did not arrive until 4:PM the day of the stay, yet the hotel and already run our credit card through at 3:PM that day before we arrived. Before signing any document I asked to see the suite we booked. He showed me the small room with beat up furniture and at that time I told him that we would not stay here. This hotel is not in a very good neighborhood. There were many undesirable people lurking in the hotel lobby and in the dinning room and outside in the entrance porch. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Overall the hotel stay was fine. I do have some feedback. The coffee always had grinds in it, not sure if I got the of the pot or what but it was frustrating. I did see a small baby cockroach in the breakfast area near the food. The internet was the most difficult thing to navigate during the stay, it took me forever to get my laptop hooked up. I don't understand the need to have to enter 2 separte passwords and it always took me to a different landing page to enter my passwords.
