Great room. Friendly staff.

Staying at the Billings Inn and convention center is always a good time. The rooms are always clean. They’re never too cold or too warm. I was just right because you can regulate the temperature. The beds are comfortable. They’re so comfortable. This is what I choose to stay here. The TV is nice and big. I’m a TV person… I love this place and I want the casino.!

First time staying at Avid and a solo traveler. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Rooms were super comfortable, clean and zippy. Best to have a streaming account if you want to watch the TV.

The staff shine at this hotel. From our check-in to our check out, the staff were very welcoming and downright cheerful (especially the breakfast lady). It did not feel institutionalized like many big chain hotels do where you barely get acknowledgment from the staff. We enjoyed the fitness room. It is small, but adequate. There is no pool. The breakfast has all the basics including meat. (The previous night at a different hotel we found that meat is only served on Wednesdays and weekends!!). The area around the hotel was quiet. It was overall a very pleasant experience.
