Our experience was quite great. Staff was 100% helpful and all our requests were attended. Very clean (even with a "clean inspector"). Food was very good and without queues, which is important also. Very good value for money compared with other hotel brands.

I was very disappointed in how I was treated. Upon my arrival I was not met with a doorman, or bellhops. There was no VIP checkin and instead of being given a Deluxe VIP room with seaview, I was given a room on the 1st floor with an obstructed sea view. I complained and the next day after 4:00pm my room was changed to the 7th floor with a sea view, and for this I was given a bottle of wine as an apology. Food is not tasty and the choices are limited. They also do not provide wash cloths, so you will need to bring your own. Staff are not helpful instead they are gaslighters and refuse to assist a VIP client, so I can't imagine how the standard clients are treated. I was in Portugal, Madrid and Barcelona and recieved excellent service at those hotels(and wash cloths). The location was the only good thing about this hotel. I would'nt recommend!

Clean , good food, close to lots of amenities. Comfortable beds and nice room

Ok hotel . Clean, service was ok.. very close to bars and a nice super market across the street . Gym equipment was very limited

Room and areas clean,staff are friendly but the rooms are tired, broken furniture and poor appearance.
