Alabaster Vacation Packages

Excellent place to stay with well appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. The swimming pool was the perfect place to cool off on a hot day along with its shaded cabana area. The location is very convenient for visiting Mountain Brook, Crestline Village and shopping.

This was a very unique property! No “staff” really. Parking was great, very close to the rooms. Bed was comfy and the a/c worked great. We had Room 5, which is perfect for a couple or a single person.

This boutique hotel is so cute! Loved the free parking and location. Quick uber ride to all of our destinations. Room was so cute! Loved the decor.

No hot water. Confusing check in. App did not work to open doors. Bedroom door didn't close. Very loud traffic noise. No hot water despite attempt to let us use another apartment water. Will never stay again. Wish I could get a refund

They had a decent hot breakfast, complementary water, and snacks. Staff was very friendly and the room was pretty clean. My only main complaint was the ants. My traveling companion left a drink on the night stand and in the morning. It was covered with ants.

Pros: Late check-in was smooth. Pam was great. Allowed us to store our mountain bikes in a locked unused meeting room. Great location, close to Mountain Brook and downtown. Cons: Had to go up two floors to find a working ice machine. Everything was in disarray due to a remodel, we were told. Breakfast was ransacked and was told it would not be restocked and to come earlier tomorrow. The room was short 3 towels. Called and was told they were in the dryer and they'd bring them in 30 minutes. Multiple calls and visits to the front desk ended up with nothing, so took showers with pool towels (made of sand paper, I think) that we grabbed from the pool area ourselves.
