. I recently stayed with my boyfriend in room 319 at the Travelodge by Wyndham Amarillo West Medical Center, located at 2108 Coulter St, Amarillo, TX 79106. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that the floor was incredibly dirty. As we looked closer, we discovered that the entire room lacked cleaning. This included stained towels, sheets with footprints and hair on them, and dirty counters, bathrooms, and lampshades. This was especially disappointing given that it was advertised as a remodeled room. When we contacted the front desk, the agent offered us replacement sheets and towels. However, when we went to the lobby to collect them, we found that these replacements were also stained, ripped, and had toilet paper washed and dried inside them. I have attached photos documenting the condition of the room and linens. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Excellent breakfast was delicious Dina was outstanding and friendly.

Clean room, so clean #1 cockroach invited his pals aka #2 and #3 cockroaches for a get together. Staff and breakfast were good. Nice open air seating arrangement, not often seen. Walkway especially by room 108 needs a good power wash, along with the exterior part of the ac units which have a good layer of dust/dirt on them, the ones I saw when leaving room 108 and heading to the lobby.

The property was great. The staff worked with me to help my elderly father. I will be returning.

They're in the middle of a revamp; painting, patching, fixing. Once done, it will look great! The staff was friendly and wonderful.
