Staff was friendly! One of the most sketch places I’ve stayed. - the door did not close properly and I had to hold my whole body against it to close and dead bolt it since that was the only lock out of 3 that worked -no towels in the bathroom to use -the door to go inside was propped open by a rock… -my mattress had no fitted sheet, the bed was not fully covered -only 2 tiny lumpy pillows -no WiFi -only 2 of my lights worked and that was the bathroom and one lamp so it was very dark -leaving no one was there so I just left my key at the desk -the ac was okay but still very muggy in the room Overall would not recommend, I slept on top of the bed using a bag as a pillow and woke up constantly due to fear of not trusting the lock on the door.

Extremely disappointing stay and absolutely not worth the price. The Wi-Fi was so unreliable that it was practically unusable, which is unacceptable for any hotel today. I honestly cannot understand how this property has earned such a high rating compared with the actual experience. Breakfast was not included and cost an additional $10 per person. Even more frustrating, the quality was poor and nowhere near worth the extra charge. It felt like yet another unnecessary fee rather than a worthwhile amenity. The hotel also charges guests for parking, which is ridiculous for a property located in a small town. This is not a resort, a downtown luxury hotel, or a property where limited parking might justify an additional fee. Charging guests simply to park at the hotel feels excessive and unreasonable. By the time you add the disappointing breakfast, parking fees, and nearly nonexistent Wi-Fi, the overall value is terrible. The experience fell far below expectations, and I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely choose another property next time.

The toilets are a lil small. Everytime I needed to I Use it, I almost fall on the floor. One of my rooms, the picture fell off the wall. All my daughter was trying to do was change her sheets and it fell on her. There could be some updates that could be done. Otherwise it was a good place to stay.

Our room had an odd moldy smell. But everything else was perfect.

I felt the desk person should be at the counter not sitting behind a "screen fixture." This was highly impersonal. This should be changed immediately. Lobby restroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. Someone needs to review the entire facility.
