Quiet, the beds played a big role in our rest after a long day of traveling. The view of the ships passing to and from the Panama Canal was a treat, loved it. The personnel was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Although it was raining the ships passing was a sight to see.

A very dated hotel

A very dated hotel, A lot of things not working in the room.We had a leaky fridge, hairdryer not working, Not the quality standard and finess of Radisson brand. Only bonus was the view of the canal.

I must congratulate you on delivering possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered worldwide. From the moment we checked in until checkout, negativity was the only constant. The pool—out of service with no alternatives despite having multiple pools—was “supposedly” reopening five days before our arrival, according to your Expedia notice. Early check-in? Forget it. Bars and restaurants close exactly at 10 PM, no exceptions. When we politely asked for a straw after hours, the bar staff’s curt “no” was the cherry on top. Truly an unforgettable experience.
