The facility overall was great however we had a bad experience. The staff was very pleasant and professional but we had problems with our room. We checked in early because we were going to a funeral. When we returned and finally entered the room we were greeted by a cockroach. We notified the front desk and were moved to another room. As we rolled back the sheets to check the bed there were stains on the sheets. Once again we called the front desk. Chris was kind enough to come up with a key to another room. We made sure to show him the bedding. The third room had no visible issue other than cosmetics. So, it was a very frustrating experience.
