Staff went out of their way to help in any way they could.

Stayed in Baltimore for a concert at CFG Bank Arena, and this hotel is within a five-minute walk to the venue, so that helped a ton with not having to pay for event parking and navigating traffic. The hotel has an older charm to it, so some of the fixtures (like the shower and elevators) seem outdated but work fine. There are five elevators in the hotel and two were out of order, so there was a long line to take one upstairs when we checked in around 6 PM. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel, but we explored around the city and didn't take advantage of that. Hotel is close to some green space (park with several benches and trees). There are a couple of parking garages and street parking within a five minute walk–that helped us save on valet, which was more expensive. If there is another event at the CFG Bank Arena again, I'd probably stay here, unless I see another nearby (more modern) hotel advertise a comparable price. I'd give it an 8/10.

Close to the Washington DC Union Station and Capitol Hill. Old world feel. Very clean. Great coffee/hot drink setup on the 2nd floor. Staff were great and the hotel felt clean, comfortable, and luxurious. Loved the pillows. I would definitely think of staying there again on another trip to DC.

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations from the moment I checked in until the day I left. The front desk staff was warm, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that provided an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom was immaculate, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the common areas were quiet and inviting. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, ensuring my room remained fresh and organized without being intrusive. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenient location. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it easy to explore the area without spending much time. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. The outstanding customer service, exceptional cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made this hotel an excellent value. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and stress-free stay.
