Nice little hometown lodge, the staff was awesome and rooms clean.

We’ve never traveled with our pups. We were nervous about what kind of room we’d be in. It was extremely clean and smell free. The dogs loved all the space after being in a car all day. Breakfast isn’t free but looked wonderful and worth the $$$. We had food that we ate. Complimentary coffee in the am was available. Whole complex was extremely clean. Even saw someone using a lint roller on the carpet. Attention to detail. The mirror in our room had some humidity issues but who cares. The beds were all we cared about. Would stay here again.

Pool was not open like said online. Bed was extremely hard with the smallest pillows I've ever seen. Wife is handicapped but put us on 2nd floor all the way opposite the elevator. Would not recommend.

We were in the Orchid Suite with a beautiful living room and 2 bedrooms. The master had a king sized bed and the second bedroom had a Queen sized bed. All furnishings in the entire suite were from the early 1900’s. Period appropriate. The private porch was an added bonus for us while enjoying our wine in the evening, and coffee in the morning. The bathroom had a jetted tub. The suite was spacious, air-conditioned, and more than we had anticipated. We will certainly stay again and rated this property a 5 out of 5.
