The staff and the hotel were good however the bed was terribly uncomfortable. It was hard as a brick plus it was lob sided making it feel like you were laying on a slanted surface. This is a motel 6 so I was not expecting anything great but the bed in that room seriously needs replacing. The worst thing however was I found a crack pipe in my bathroom which was hidden inside a clean towel which I discovered when I went to take a shower. I due want to note that the was very professional about it and apologized. They also gave me a $30 credit which I did not ask for which was nice of them to do. The hotel staff was very nice and all the people there were very nice it’s just that the room was not. Pets stay free which was the main reason I chose this place.

Overall I have to say the staff was attentive. Chris in the breakfast area. Was hands down amazing. He was attentive and very willing and ready to assist with any situation. The furnishings in the breakfast and waiting area look dirty and could be updated. Same goes for the carpet through the hallways. The carpet in our room seemed as if they tried to repair it with nails to keep it from coming off, but found to be quit dangerous as my Children’s feet stepped on them and could have gone bad if they would have gotten injured. Had to put a towel down to help keep them/us safe. Room was clean, though the same goes with painting/repairs needed. The laundry room needed some cleaning and was noted to staff but no action was taken by the time I got to using the facility. Pics were taken. Overall staff was great but updates are deeply needed.

The staff was awesome and very friendly and helpful!

Staff was helpful and courteous. What they do not offer yet is a king size bed in rooms. It is an older building under renovation so my only complaint was hearing walking and noise from the room above because it is a wood framed building with ply floors. I would stay here again and ask for an upstairs room.
