The lady at the front desk was helpful and pleasant but with too many other responsibilities to properly attend to guest's needs. As we arrived, a number of guests were expressing significant frustration, one of whom demanded his money back and left very angry. The facility is very old, significantly unkept and seriously rundown. Thankfully our room was clean, and adequate but the air conditioning was so loud that it woke us every time it kicked on during the night. Only one luggage cart made waiting for the cart very inconvenient. Complimentary breakfast was very minimal.

Holiday Inn express has a wonderful family friendly waterpark. It was open almost all day until 11 pm. The Hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. Our grand children had so much fun in the pool and waterslides!

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. Loved the bathroom being a walk-in shower and not a tub. Breakfast is always good. Will stay here again.
