Place was terrible window was broken and boarded up bathroom door was damaged and didn’t close refrigerator was unplugged and smelled like mold and was dirty with possible mold in it garbage bag broken open outside but they did have free narcan up front

We always love staying here!! We stay for the week for the Illinois State Fair....we have for the last 4 years and we wouldn't stay anywhere else unless we had to change for some reason, but as of right now, we LOVE IT!!!

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Room was clean but it had a smell to it. Couldn’t figure out exactly what it was. AC fan rattled loudly. Good thing I need noise to fall asleep or it would have def been a problem. Breakfast area was clean and stocked. However, it was not the best. Microwaved meats and eggs not the best. Overall the experience was good. Would return

Loves the hotel and it was nice and the bed was so comfortable and got such good sleep

When we arrived I wasn't going to judge a book by its cover. However, I did ask if the room that we would be staying in was nice the clerk told me that it had a new bed, and there were still renovating, but I could go see our room first before I paid, which I did. It was worse than I could imagine. Mold on the bathroom floor and the wall of the shower. I went back to the desk and told the clerk we would not be staying there. He was very nice.

Door was super hard to shut,Toilet barely worked had to hold handle.Two small hand towels that's it.No kleenex.No working ice machine.
