The lady that checked us in was the ONLY nice, good or helpful aspect.
Beyond her - we got 2 rooms & a LIST of issues.
Toilets that rock, wobble & drop back into place with each use. Broken light fixtures. Burnt bedspread. Sticky bathroom floors. Curtains that aren't really hanging, many gaps it & parts just hanging.
But the worst part was in the transition - this hole overcharged us on each room! About $11 each room - $22+ totally & while that may be just a little to some, it's still DISHONEST!!
I am trying to correct it through my card because the moron in the morning was ABSOLUTELY NOT WILLING TO LISTEN, TALK OR EVEN PRETEND LIKE SHE CARED. She was horrible.
I absolutely WILL NOT REBOOK & will warn others.
Nothing but regrets.
