Property was clean and brand new! No hairdryer in the room was a bummer and the body soap wasn’t good. Soap was a strange gel and didn’t foam up at all. But other than that all was perfect. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly! We will return.

We loved talking with the staff. They were very accommodating for our breakfast and waited on us personally. The food was good. Coffee was very good as well. The cleaning staff always asked us if we needed anything almost daily. I would highly recommend staying here.

One of the elevators was out so we had to walk to available one on the other side of the building. Our first room’s air conditioner would not get cool. When it did, it would kick the heat on. We were moved rooms and that air conditioner worked fine. Stephanie on the overnight staff was really helpful

The hotel was meticulously clean. That is greatly appreciated. The location was also excellent— J Alexander’s is only steps away.

The staff was nice and helpful from check in to check out. Our room was clean (air condition and shower temp were amazing) and the property overall felt like a place families, business class, or single travelers could stay. Will be recommending this location to many friends in the future!

Pros: Very Clean, Very nice staff, great rates and location to the airport. Cons: AC was noisy (rattling noise)but worked well. Asked to be moved because first room had an adjoining room and the deadbolt between the rooms did not lock. Staff was great and was able to move us quickly without any issues.
