The room was very clean and we had bath towels, we needed to ask for hand towels. The staff was very nice. The property looked clean. There was plenty of parking. This pool was very small and not maintained well at all. Breakfast was small, but complete. I would stay there again.

Beds were not made upon arrival. Housekeeping did not make until second morning after arrival despite multiple requests. Balcony was so filthy it blackened our feet. The waterslide sometimes pictured is no more. Reception said the foot-of-the-bed blankets and cylindrical throw pillows are also no more. Included breakfast did not include beverage and was limited to bacon and eggs. Substitutions were not allowed despite our willingness to pay the difference.

We normally stay here when we travel to Spokane for sports and such, generally we have no issues, this time however, the room smelt like poo and we couldn’t tell where it was coming from. Also, all the rooms around us were smokers, so we constantly had second hand smoke smell coming in. Overall though good experience during a trying time for Spokane, there’s grace! The Spokane wild fires brought a ton of guests and everyone was just working together to make it work. I would suggest asking for a no smoking section!
