A little basic but adequate…bar and one meal was ok. Disappointing breakfast….a cooked or continental breakfast is expected!! Staff were very pleasant and helpful!!

I was extremely content in this hotel, having been welcomed warmly at Reception when checking in. Then finding a clean and very comfortable room which was spacious. Plenty of towels and pillows and lovely linen. I enjoyed 2 breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel, and experienced the room service., all of which was very, very good. I won't stay anywhere else on my travels, if there is a Nonotel available.

Fantastic stay -would highly recommend

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. However, some of the rooms are a bit dated. The sink and bathtub in the room we stayed in was broken. The water did not go down the pipes and we had to wait over a hour for the water to go fully down the waste pipe!!!

Good location, lovely helpful staff. Plenty of lounge space and bar area. Yummy cocktails. Our room and bathroom were spacious and had an iron and hairdryer. Didn't like the digital check in as it had a glitch which meant we couldn't get our room number and had to wait a long time at reception as staff were very busy. Our room was clean but the windows of our room were filthy so hard to see out well. Some of soft furnishings tired and worn .

Clean hotel with an excellent bar and restaurant. My first night was fine but I was kept up all night on my second night by a nightclub playing music until 2:30am. I will not be staying again.
