1st room had no running water. 2nd room had running water, but no hot water. So, had to take a cold shower. I also requested a quiet room away from the elevator as I just traveled 3,000 miles & was exhausted. My neighbor in the 2nd room was SO loud all day/night. I could hear his inappropriate phone conversations, dog barking, & hocking loogies. Went to use bathroom in the middle of the night & there was a cockroach who went back behind the tile. Some of the floor tiles were not secure. The police tape at the entrance was suspicious too. I won’t be back & I don’t recommend this hotel.

Property was under renovation, so it was a little unorganized. Rooms were nice. We didn't have toilet paper or towels stocked in the room. We like the location.

Room was very outdated huge hole in the wall by the door you could tell by the shotty repair they did on the door where obviously probably been kicked in or something bed was extremely uncomfortable. They had a huge TV in the room they're screaming everything which is cool except for you can't watch it with no internet their internet is horrible so if I didn't have my Hotspot I would not have been able to watch any television. Shower was nice about the pressure and nice hot water so that was nice. The staff was outstanding the young galthe young guy and they were both great I'll be back. As long as I can watch TV........

Lesson learned to find a hotel that doesn’t host weddings if I’m looking for quiet rooms. We could hear the beat of the bass of the speakers up on the 7th floor. The night prior, there was a small circus or very active toddler above us, running and jumping from 10-11 pm, maybe working off wedding energy before bed. We were there for a marathon, so decent sleep was important. That aside, the hotel is beautiful, staff are friendly and helpful, providing extra pillows to put over our heads the 2nd night and earplugs. Nice, quiet location too, and easy to get places. I’d stay again despite my sleep sensitivity to the noise!

It’s all good
