The room did not have any pressure on the water. The door was very hard to open and the room had no closet to hang clothes. A experience that I wish nobody has to experience on vacation!

We've been coming here for years. Unfortunately, this will be our last. We always book an ocean front room but for the last few years we get a room where the glass is shaded by moisture in between the double glass. We asked for a different room but were told none were available. Second year in a row that the elevator was broken. We were able to use the service one this time luckily. We were promised an "upper level" room. We were put on the third floor, (there's five floors). When we asked for a higher room as promised, we were told there were none available and since we booked through a third party there wasn't anything they could do. The restaurant was nice. The food was pretty good and the staff were super. The indoor pool is very nice. You can't beat the location. We're gonna miss it here but too many issues.

They definitely nickel and dime you but I guess that’s to be expect. The breakfast food was not very good and it’s expensive. I paid extra for a view… of the parking lot and where they power wash the outdoor seating. All day long. Though it was fun watching people not be able to park. The elevators too a day and a life time, lucky we are abled bodied adults and could take the stairs. My favorite though was apparently they only have one key for the pool area, and decided that only after several people complained after an hour it was suppose to open, that the boss had the the only key and had gone home with it. It was also it day off. So someone had to drive to his house to retrieve it. Again. We are able bodied adults so about 10 of us just jumped the fence. Unfortunately not everyone could do that even with help. They finally had a key to open the gate almost three hours after the pool was supposed to be open (this was on a Sunday). What an experience. Overall. It was fine. But don’t expect greatness. Anticipate mediocre.

I love the location of the property because it was directly close to the boardwalk and that’s exactly what I needed. It was two minutes by car and seven minutes by foot. Some of the things I didn’t not like about the hotel is there are a lot of stray hairs on the floor so I’m not sure when they’re cleaning if they’re not using a swiffer, but there was a lot of hair all over the floor in the bathrooms the carpets could use an update, but overall the room itself was great. I love that they are suites. That definitely allows families to cook their meals if need be. The area is not too loud, except for the occasional little ones who make noise throughout the night because their babies or toddlers. I would recommend this location to others due to it being conveniently placed.
