A beautiful well maintained hotel. The check in was easy and the clerk was welcoming and kind. There's a lovely courtyard and a small pool, both were very clean. There's also a restaurant and bar. My room was clean and comfortable with plenty of clean towels.

Surprise!! I got room 249 with a view of the roof! No forewarning until I checked in. The front desk only offered up charges for a room change. No other considerations offered. Hotel says coffee served in the lobbby 5:00-9:00 AM the morning I was there NO coffee along with a 20 minute wait. The reason I stay at the lodge and the Inn, is so I don’t worry about things.

Had to move rooms on account of television was not working the floor I was assigned to had no service technical issues

Really, really, really need to figure out the parking situation. Had to park two blocks away at an extra expense during my stay.

room was well-appointed, though a hair dryer would have been very nice. room was very clean except for the bathroom (walls needed a scrub, shower wall above stall had some mildew, fabric curtain was dirty/showed wear, tub was stained). had a hiccup getting the check in / registration in time being a past user, but support was quick and helpful so still seamless to use. pool was closed, would have been nice to know that, but otherwise a great second stay! will book again!

We loved this historical old hotel. The pillows & bed were very comfy and the shower was wonderful. The only complaint I would have is that the TV did not work very well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is right downtown so everything was walkable ,we would definitely go back again.
