Everything was great. Lenny was super attentive to whatever we asked for and an enjoyable host.

The apartment was wonderful. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Parking was a breeze. The location was fantastic. Close to the park, the university district, and restaurants. Try Marvin Pizza is amazing. We have stayed in a number of places all around the world and your apartment was among the best.

Great location. Parking easy. Rooms had updated bathrooms which was nice. Carpets worn and should be updated. Noticed lots of trash around the property and hallways needed painting. Restaurant staff very nice and good food. No breakfast on premises which was surprising.

Would definitely stay here again! The property was charming and clean. Daily breakfast was a nice and helpful "extra". Great prices for the time of year to stay in Newport compared to other options.

For $1200/day at least put a coffee machine and iron in the room!

When we arrived the elevator was broken and I felt that some token accommodation should've been offered. The weekend desk managers seemed young and a little clueless, certainly for people in the "hospitality" industry to say nothing of a hotel of this caliber. The magnified mirror in the bathroom was broken and no great effort was made to fix it. Not a bad experience but not a great one.

Very nice and clean room. Perfect for an extended stay.
