Guy receptionist was extremely rude! He was heard calling a woman a female dog and threatening to call the cops on her.

Other than the front desk not always available we had no hand soap in or bathroom. But otherwise it was a great stay.

The bathroom sink faucet was terrible. Hardly any water came out. Took forever for water to heat up. The shower gel was a Petri dish of who knows what bacteria. Thin carpet on floor. Heard neighbors in next room

The room itself was average, but there were several issues that impacted our stay. The towels provided were older and some were torn, which was disappointing. We selected this property specifically because of the advertised pool, hot tub, and sauna amenities. Unfortunately, none of these were working during our visit. Since we were past the 24-hour cancellation window, we were unable to change hotels, but it would have been appreciated if the hotel had contacted guests ahead of time to let them know these amenities were unavailable. Given that the hotel was not fully booked, it would have been a great opportunity to offer an upgrade, such as a room with an in-room hot tub, to help make up for the loss of the advertised amenities. Unfortunately, no alternatives or accommodations were offered. We spent a significant amount of money for what ended up being primarily just a place to sleep. For a hotel that promotes its pool and relaxation amenities as part of the guest experience, it was disappointing that nothing was done to help make our holiday weekend stay more enjoyable.

This is a really great place to stay. Beautiful lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious, very clean, comfortable beds and very quiet. We definitely would recommend staying here if in Quincy IL area.

Hotel and rooms and beds were clean, and staff was welcoming. Variety of grab and go breakfast options and walking distance to a couple nicer restaurants in Quincy. Would definitely stay again!
