The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was better than expected with good kitchen appliances and everything was clean when I arrived. The laundry room and gym are also maintained very well. I highly recommend staying here if you're in Amsterdam!

Rooms were clean but spartan. Tiny shower with no wand makes washing a challenge. Reminded me of a room at uni... very basic. Room was a bit tired, stained carpet, non-functioning window blind, cracks in plaster. Also can be loud from street noise at night.
Staff was always friendly and helpful. A refresh of the rooms would make this a 5 star experience. As it is, it's just okay. Very close to the train station.

Great location, easy walk into the city and transport connections. Bed was super comfy, and rooms were lovely and quiet. Can’t recommend enough, would definitely stay here again.
