Barsingerhorn Vacation Packages

Even though its reviews said it was a great location we did not find that to be totally true. Its entrance is on a side street and not exactly a stroll to get anywhere for a 78 year old. We also found it to be overpriced for that location.

We loved this hotel. It was clean, excellent location, contemporary. The breakfast choices were amazing and I’ve never eaten so much. The restaurant next door is a must, can’t remember the name but great food. For something cheaper on the other side of hotel you can eat as many ribs as you like. The staff at the hotel were so accommodating. The only negatives are: Need more places to hang things, especially the towels Also, gym was a 10 min walk away. Great gym but gutted not on premises. We would definitely go back

Gorgeous property in an ideal location -- beautiful, walkable neighborhood in the heart of charming Amsterdam

My mom, grandmother and I spent 4 days at the Room Mate Aitana during our first trip to Amsterdam and we absolutely loved it. The location is a 5 min walk to Centraal Station which was perfect for getting to/from the airport and other cities, and was a 30-40 min walk towards many of the attractions we wanted to see - this was a perfect distance so we could enjoy the scenery on our way around. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and we loved the facilities - we spent the end of most of our days curled up at the couches by the bar/lounge. We opted to not do the included breakfast but did pay for it on our last morning and it was very complete/delicious. The fitness centre had everything we needed. Hotel staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is very focused on being environmentally friendly which I also appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and I will stay here again when I come to Amsterdam in the future.
