Stayed here a few times now (once with our dog) and the rooms have always been very clean and has everything you need! The staff is excellent and very responsive. When I booked it was a minimum 2-night stay but we didnt make it that first night and without asking they reimbursed me for 1 night! Will definitely continue to stay here when we come up again!

Room was super clean and everything was better than expected. We will definitely be going back in the near future!

Booked hotel through Expedia. Pictures of the rooms & overall property are not fully accurate & not as nice as presented or for the price. Check in fine until needed help with bags but told their staff were tied up waiting for 2 travel buses & their customers. 2 of 3 elevators did not operate properly - doors did not open when reaching the floor & in one case did not move at all. Room was dated with a "hodge podge mess" of cables/electrical cords not properly secured. Very few accessible light switches for the room. AC is very old & constantly "wheezed" and made a variety of loud noices during the stay. Bathroom was tiny for a room that supported up to 4 people staying. Plumbing problems included a sink that did not drain & a toilet that sounded like a torpedo being shot when flushed. Good food in the tavern with top service from Daniel but when seated told by hostess that people from bus tour were priority. Only option for breakfast was only a $35 pp buffet of poor quality/non labeled food, poor sanitation; very little choice & absolutely no healthy options (yogurt, etc.). Only fruit was apples. An urn of regular oatmeal is easy but only sugared instant packets provided. I have been served much better food at a Residence Inn/Marriott for a hotel price 60% less with breakfast included in price. Mentioned it to staff upon checkout & told it would be up to a manager to act on. Receipt not able to be provided due to printer issues. Receipt not emailed although provided email.

Patti led the excellent 1.5 hour tour of the outdoor Von Trapp Family cemetery and shared the indoor video of Maria ‘s touching story in her own words. The grounds, interior and warm welcome transport one to Austria.

We have stayed here multiple times and each time it’s great!

The hotel is beautiful, and the room was absolutely beautiful. My only complaint, I felt the bathrooms were small. There didn’t seem to be enough space to put your personal items.
