This is a non cash hotel, which would be nice to know BEFORE checking in. Front desk guy was nice enough. Super odd these hotel rooms don’t have a fridge and microwave unless you call to have one delivered. I was in a joining room, which I didn’t ask for. The people next door kept trying to open the door throughout my stay. Also, every door on the 3rd floor is about 1-2” short so there is a wicked gap. You’re smelling everything from the hallways and hearing everything that’s happening. Outside my window, was the biggest and brightest spot light - even with the blinds shut it still lit up the room terribly. There are huge boxes and bins all over the lobby. Very cluttered. Convenient enough to walk to Rogers Place for an event I went too, but that was it. I will not be staying here again.

Always reliable for service and cleanliness. Good restaurants on site, amenities always good to go.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton

Ultimately a decent hotel but definitely room for improvement The room was not perfectly cleaned and the drain in the shower needed maintenance to come, although they did attend fairly promptly. Found there to be water on the main floor in the floor is constantly being cleaned although there seem to be no pool on site so where the water was being tracked from I have no idea. The Keurig coffee machine did not work and the breakfast included ended at 9 AM which seems very early.
