There was no plug sockets near the beds and the sheets and everything were dirty and smelly and the toilet was just absolutely disgusting. Everything was sticky and dirty and we hated staying there and staying at the hotel made us even more dirty but the bathtub was so disgusting that it wasn’t a place we wanted to shower in

A very enjoyable stay, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The Hotel is very charming and has a lot of local history. I'm sure if I end up staying in Grimsby again then I will seriously consider staying here again. Highly recommend.

I booked this place last minute, so maybe it’s my own fault. I arrived to find no reception, just a lengthy check in process that I had been to do on my phone. There is also no parking for this venue but again that’s something I should have checked. The Castlereagh suite is nice enough and the location to the city is good. I wanted to rest up on my second day but alas the cleaners of the next room had other ideas. I will never quite understood why they could only clean the room with the door open and music playing on full.
