Excellent service

We loved our stay here. We stayed in an executive suite and had a beautiful view, very spacious room and bathroom. The bathroom was beautiful, lighting in there was great (so good for makeup) and the hotel hair dryer actually worked amazing. Location was great, walking distance to breakfast spots, target and a walgreens, Staff were very helpful and the overall hotel was beautiful and clean.

In Minneapolis for a long weekend. This hotel was perfectly located near our activities. Facilities were clean, quiet and plenty adequate. Room was comfortable. The bathroom was fine, laid out a bit odd, but not a game changer. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This place markets themselves and a nice place downtown, but it is not. It is overpriced and very basic. There isn't even anything on the walls in the room. Hard floors with NO rugs. There isn't even body wash in the shower, it's hand wash. They is no parking, but you can pay $50 to valet park and wait for a long time when you do want to get your car. It's very basic, save your money or get ripped off. The pillows are terrible and flat. The water takes a long time to get warm.
