We visited from Brazil. Loved being in the Old Port. Great location. Comfy apartment

AC wasn't working well enough to cool the unit. It was terribly hot to sleep at night. I was offered a small fan to use, which was nice, but considering the money I spent to be there, it was frustrating to not get a good night’s sleep. The building is awesome; I was on the 14th floor with access to a pool and gym - that was also awesome. I complained a few times, and while I was heard, no action was taken to fix the issue. I checked out a day early to find another hotel to get at least one good night of sleep in Montreal.

This is sort of an odd hotel. We like quirky boutique hotels, but this one is uneven at best. Great location but rooms on the street are incredibly noisy. We moved to a quieter inside room the second night. No Kleenex in first room but two boxes in second. No toilet paper holder or toilet paper in the second even though the maid had alerted the staff. Very loud creaky floors. Elaborate showers with two shower heads for couples but little water pressure. A window into the room so others can watch you shower. The continental breakfast consists of soggy croissants, corn flakes, sweet yogurt, and canned fruit cups. Some folks seem to love it, but we won’t be back. The staff we dealt with were very nice.

Very friendly staff with nice room amenities. Nice location. Free parking nearby makes it easy.

Beautiful and charmingly historic apartment in the heart of Old Montreal. The location was very ideal - just 1 block from all the action, but far enough away that it was quiet and easy to get an uber. The unit was well-equipped and the staff was very responsive. Downstairs was a cafe, great for grabbing a quick breakfast. Only complaint is that when I went to extend my stay by 1 night, I was charged the one-time property fee a second time, and the host wouldn’t refund me when asked. They offered a complimentary housekeeping instead, which was better than nothing, but was $25 in value vs the $95 property fee. Overall

Room was nice. Some issues with small flies/gnats everywhere. Other than that space was perfect for my family.

Pas de stationnement, pas de moyen de rejoindre l’hébergement, j’ai écrit plusieurs messages sans réponse. Un courriel m’a été transmis 5 heures avant 16h avec les instructions. Messages automatiques seulement. J’ai appelé au téléphone à plusieurs reprises et aucune réponse… Finalement, l’appartement était très bien mais beaucoup de stress inutile.
