This is sort of an odd hotel. We like quirky boutique hotels, but this one is uneven at best. Great location but rooms on the street are incredibly noisy. We moved to a quieter inside room the second night. No Kleenex in first room but two boxes in second. No toilet paper holder or toilet paper in the second even though the maid had alerted the staff. Very loud creaky floors. Elaborate showers with two shower heads for couples but little water pressure. A window into the room so others can watch you shower. The continental breakfast consists of soggy croissants, corn flakes, sweet yogurt, and canned fruit cups. Some folks seem to love it, but we won’t be back. The staff we dealt with were very nice.

Room was nice. Some issues with small flies/gnats everywhere. Other than that space was perfect for my family.

Check-in was easy. Room was large and worked for our group. However, overall, hotel is very dated and dirty; cabinets, tile and overall feel was very run down. Even staff were not very helpful when inquiring about confirming late check out that had been requested days before, did not even bother to check computer, just dismissed us by telling us to call in the morning. Location was good for getting round.
