Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the Kanata amenities. Convenient location just off the 417. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. This was our second stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Dining and breakfast not available for much of the week - check website before booking. No fridge in room. No tea/coffee in room, just a shared kitchenette in main building.

Great staff, professional, helpful, and polite. The room was mostly clean, but the bedding could have been cleaner.

I will start with the positives. Excellent location right downtown. The size of our room was perfect. We had five people and one cat sharing one unit comfortably. We had a full kitchen which was very important because there isn't any good food in the hotel. The underground parking was convenient even though it is an extra $40 per night charge. Now, unfortunately the negatives were quite glaring. The room was dirty. We don't mind that it's dated by about 30 years. This is different, it was dirty. We found pop bottles and food wrappers under the twin beds. We found a half a slice of pizza in one of the closets. We found two pairs of underwear, a pair of shorts, and some other clothing under a dresser and stuffed behind the bedroom door. There was some garbage on the balcony. There were soap and toothpaste remnants in the bathroom sink and counter tops and mirror. There was no toilet paper in the room at all. The front desk didn't communicate the wifi connection information when we checked in. Honestly, it is inconvenient to have to ask for toilet paper and wifi passwords when going to a hotel. The pet fee is really high at $85 for less than a 3 day stay and even more if you stay longer. The pool is small and the steam room was closed. The pool is nice if there aren't many people but it fills up fast. The kids game room seems to be only for toddlers. Fortunately the location is so good that there are many attractions close by.

The best one
