No ice machines. Was directed to a CStore. Great balconies over looking the lake with no chairs. Was advised not to use the balcony. Some were under construction.

One-year-old hotel in the heart of lively downtown Toronto. Very well staffed with excellent people. The room was spotless. By far the best breakfast included of any hotel where we've stayed. The odd things were very little counter space in the bathroom and at the coffee and fridge station, little place to hang towels, and only a small single-drawer dresser for clothing, etc.

New, clean and modern rooms. Awesome pool. And staff were so pleasant and helpful. Also great location for midtown in walking distance of lots of shopping and restaurants.

Terrific breakfast. We'll worth getting up early.

A beautiful hotel! The entire staff was kind, skilled, and professional. Jonah greeted us when we arrived and made my son and I feel welcome and special. Both the rooftop and lobby bars were perfect. The rooms are cozy, clean, and modern. I love this place and will definitely stay there when I go back to Toronto. If you’re even considering this hotel just book it. You won’t be disappointed!

Accommodations were clean & comfortable. Jet tub awesome as was the staff. The breakfast for 2 in bed was delightful as well. Would highly recommend Sterling Inn & Spa and will be back.
