I liked that the room had a full kitchen and a sitting area, excellent price for this room. Bed was very comfortable. I also liked the checkout time of 12 instead of 11. Highly recommend

Very convenient location and nice and clean apartment. The only thing was that I would not call it a 3 bedroom as one of the rooms was just a little dark space beside the main door in the entrance with no windows and having a twin bed and a curtain as the door!!!

Didn't care for the frosted glass door between the 2 double beds and the bathroom in the suites. Especially when sharing with adult son and his GF

Beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing , so helpful and always spoke to everyone when they entered and left the premises. The buffet breakfast was delicious and so much variety and again with friendly staff ! The only complaint was the check in was slow however it was busy and it was 3pm so it was to be expected.

Last time I was in Toronto I stayed at Shangr La. 8 years later I stayed and nothing changed. Great staff, clean in and out. Convenient location for tourism, fine dining, and great views. I dont think I want to stay anywhere else when i visit again.
