Great location. Beautiful view from our room. Quiet, away from the bustle of Ptown but really close. Nice little fresh breakfast. Attentive staff. Plan on returning!

Property was located in a great area. Nice and quiet.

The digital concierge is a horrible idea that tanks this property. The fact that there are no staff on site means that issues- like when our digital lock malfunctioned and we were locked out for two hours- became a huge headache with minimal accommodations. They say you can text with any issues, but they didn't respond to most of my messages, including offering a potential late check out and then never confirming it. For what you're paying for this hotel, you're essentially getting a motel experience. I don't blame any of the staff I did interact with- essentially the Ptown Inn staff have to also support this property and are trying their best but they're not set up for success. The two pros- the bed was comfy and the shower had good water pressure and temp control. Really disappointing experience.
