Our room was clean, the water was hot and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great price, great location- right by Walmart. Check in was super easy and i got a great night's sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay here every time we are in town for the marathon. This is our 3rd year and each time, the staff has been extremely accommodating. We had to bring our dog at the last minute and it was no issue, we asked for a late check out and it was easily accomodated. Room was clean and breakfast was decent for the price we paid. Overall very satisfied with what we got for the cost.

Wonderful! My mom went to college here in the 50’s and it was such a gift to stay here when I was in town. Communication with the host was great, she was very responsive and quick to messages. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Sleeping in a Caboose! It’s a quiet, off the beaten path rail car surrounded by woods, renovated to the same standards as a tiny house with AC, bathroom, kitchenette, a pull-down Murphy bed, and quiet. Tracey is the contact and she is a wonderful host. Definitely worth a stay if you are in central Kansas a few days!

Breakfast didn’t have real sausage or bacon, either day. Otherwise it was excellent.
