Nice location and good staff, room smelled very smokey (possibly from the fire pit, but smelled like someone had smoked in it recently). Indoor pool and hot tub were pretty dirty, they didn't have enough towels for guests, rooms were clean but in semi disrepair (fairly minor things like a broken hair dryer, a TV that had trouble connecting to streaming services, poor wifi, and curtains missing their open/closing rods) and then some minor annoyances like a fire pit placed directly underneath an overfilled gutter meaning water steadily rained down onto it Hotel isn't bad, but for the prices they charge I was expecting much more.

We always stay here when in Sunriver! Property is beautiful!! Rooms are big and very clean! Pool and hot tub great too!

From start to finish my stay was great. Stayed over a week on business/leisure and loved everything about it, the grounds and golf course were beautiful the pools were clean and water was perfect! The cafe and restaurant were good and staff at both places were beyond nice. I spent the first couple days on the 1st floor and eventually moved to the 3rd floor which was a huge upgrade, rooms were so huge and clean, my patio had a great view of the golf course! I will stay here again and again.

The property is lovely and right off the main route. The host was super friendly and helpful when needed. The cabins were really cute and clean. The only issue was that the bed was really hard, and I usually like a firmer bed but it was even uncomfortable for me.
