After advertising that cancellations were free, they refused to refund my money a whole week prior to our reservation. My husband was hospitalized so was unable to travel, but I am sure they booked our room for someone else and got paid double. I will NEVER EVER BOOK THROUGH YOU AGAIN!

The king suite was spacious and clean. The price was very reasonable for the room size and condition. No breakfast, but you're not paying for it either. Lots of restaurants plus the mall nearby.
